I bought a coffee from this place yesterday — the milk was rotten and curdled. Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t realise until I’d already taken a mouthful, and it nearly made me vomit. I took it straight back, and the assistant began inspecting the machine. I opened the lid and showed him the disgusting, curdled mess. At least he accepted it and started investigating the machine Then the manager showed up— and that’s when things took a turn. Instead of apologising, he dismissed my complaint entirely, saying it was just my opinion that the milk was bad. I offered him a taste — which he refused — and then he became aggressive and defensive, right in front of my partner. I didn't care for the £3 coffee it was more the point he's serving that to people. All I was looking for was a simple: "Sorry this happened, we’ll look into it." Thanks for bringing it our attention. Instead, he raised his arms in frustration, barked "give the refund", and claimed no one else had complained. Then he had the audacity to say he wouldn’t apologise because he doesn’t "worship" people — as if requesting basic respect and accountability was me seeking worship. He didn't even bother to check or clean the machine. For all I know, it's still serving sour milk to customers. Oh, and the side of the machine was crawling with ants — not just one or two, a visible infestation. Frankly, the manager disgraced himself and the business. His behaviour was appalling, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I hope the owner is made aware of how badly their shop is being represented in his absence The manager after shouting in front of my partner and 5 year old is extremely lucky he had the protection of my child being present and never wanting to witness violence, this bully shop manager one day will get his just deserves. The pic is below and the milk as poured got lumpier as it sank down. It tasted like rotten milk

Pretty disappointed with the service of this post office when they managed to deliver our parcel directly back to ourselves using the clearly marked sender address rather than the delivery address. I understand that mistakes can happen but being being offered no apology then called a liar when asked to resend it and told we had written "sender " on the parcel after it was returned to us pretty well took the biscuit.
